Terms of Service
Location
We are based in Porto and travel anywhere in Portugal and abroad.
Our estimates already include travel costs from Porto to the venue.
Instruments
In addition to Lyrical Singing (Soprano), we offer Piano, Cello, Violin, Harp, Guitar, among others. These instruments can be combined in duos, trios, or quartets according to the clients’ preferences.
Budget
We provide flexible and personalized estimates/budgets for each event, tailored to your location, type of ceremony, and the number of musicians.
We do not charge any extra fees for creating the ceremony programm, for using our piano, or for special music requests.
Payment
A deposit of one-third of the total budget secures your booking. The remaining balance is due either on the day and at the ceremony venue, or can be paid during the week prior.
Should the event be canceled for reasons beyond our control, the deposit is non-refundable. The same applies if the event is postponed without consulting us first regarding our availability for the new date.
Musical Selection Approval
For religious ceremonies, clients are responsible for ensuring that the ceremonial script / programm - with the songs we propose based on your choices - is pre-approved by the Celebrant (officiant).
Performance Conditions
Clients must ensure that the ceremony venue is accessible 30 minutes to 1 hour before the start (if not possible, we will find an alternative solution together): this allows us time to set up and prepare.
If the ceremony starts more than 45 minutes late beyond the agreed time due to reasons outside our control, we reserve the right not to perform the final moments of the ceremony if this would compromise our commitment to another engagement.
We do not perform outdoors.
